Fortnite Token Power Hour
The boosted windows of the Treasure Hunters pirate season: officially confirmed Saturday dates, the session times in ET, and an honest breakdown of the token boost — what Epic actually said versus what the community reports. Schedule dates are official; every multiplier figure on this page is labeled community-reported unless Epic published it.

All windows run on Eastern Time (ET). Treasure Hours dates are official; session times are posted by Epic a few days ahead. Run the boosted-odds math with our calculator's Treasure Hours tiers.
HYPEX reported on Nov 4, 2026 that dedicated Pirate Shop Power Hours are coming later this season, with community coverage citing a roughly 400% token boost. Epic has not confirmed or scheduled them; a single community report claims an all-day session on November 19 — unverified.
What the “token power hour” actually is
Two different things get called the “token power hour”, and both matter if you are hunting the Pirate Shop Access Token:
- Treasure Hours — official. Weekly Saturday windows announced by Epic's @FortniteStatus account: two two-hour sessions per Saturday where treasure odds are boosted (the first run also dropped free starting items). Dates for the rest of the season are confirmed; exact times are posted a few days ahead. Full event page with the rewards list.
- Pirate Shop Power Hours — teased, not scheduled. Leaker reporting (HYPEX, November 4, 2026) says a token-specific power hour is coming later this season, with community coverage citing a roughly 400% token boost. Epic has not confirmed or scheduled it. SOURCE
Confusing the two is how bad information spreads: some posts present the ~400% community figure as if it were official, and some present confirmed Saturday dates as if a token boost were guaranteed. This page keeps the two separate.
Schedule
| Date | Windows (ET) | Token boost | Source status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saturday, November 7 | 2–4 PM ET & 9–11 PM ET | Token boost 1.5× (first session) / 2× (second) as reported by independent coverage (Vice, piratetoken.net) citing Epic's announcement — implied base rate 1 in 137,500 per chest. | Official — @FortniteStatus Nov 4 & Nov 7 posts (cross-verified) |
| Saturday, November 14 | TBA — posted a few days ahead | Official posts say treasure odds are boosted — no token-specific number published. | Official date — Epic Treasure Hunters schedule; times posted a few days ahead |
| Saturday, November 21 | TBA — posted a few days ahead | Official posts say treasure odds are boosted — no token-specific number published. | Official date — Epic Treasure Hunters schedule; times posted a few days ahead |
| Saturday, November 28 | TBA — posted a few days ahead | Official posts say treasure odds are boosted — no token-specific number published. | Official date — Epic Treasure Hunters schedule; times posted a few days ahead |
We do not count down to times Epic has not posted — unannounced windows stay “TBA” on purpose. This page is updated weekly as session times land.
The token boost: official vs community-reported
Epic's official Treasure Hours posts say treasure odds are boosted — that is the entire official wording about the token. Everything more specific is community work, so weigh it accordingly:
- 1.5× / 2× for the November 7 sessions — community-derived from the event setup (e.g., the tracking site piratetoken.net); not an Epic number. A related community figure, “1 in 68,750 per chest during boosted windows”, circulates on the same basis.
- ~400% for the teased Pirate Shop Power Hours — community/video coverage of the HYPEX leak; not confirmed, and no schedule exists for it. COMMUNITY-REPORTED.
- “All-day boost on November 19” — single community report; unverified. Treat it as a rumor until Epic or multiple independent sources confirm.
The base drop rate itself is contested (see the token chance calculator for the full range of community estimates). What is not contested: more chests during a boosted window beats the same number of chests outside one.
How to use a boosted window
- Plan around the ET clock. The windows are short and announced in Eastern Time — the November 7 run was 2–4 PM and 9–11 PM ET. Convert to your local time before the day, not after the window starts.
- Spend the window on chest density, not exploration. Two hours goes fast: land at high-density chest spots and keep opening — the shop token hunting guide covers route principles that apply inside the windows too.
- Bring the squad. Community reports say any member's find switches on the Pirate Shop for the whole squad — a boosted window multiplies the whole team's ticket count.
- Watch for the token-specific power hour. If Epic schedules the teased Pirate Shop Power Hours, that becomes the highest-value window of the season. We will update this page the moment it is officially announced — and not before.
Is there a token power hour today?
The schedule card at the top of this page is the fastest honest answer we can give — it is updated weekly as Epic announces each Saturday's times. For a same-minute answer, the live sources are Epic's @FortniteStatus account and the in-game News screen. Anything claiming a boost outside an announced window — especially anything asking for money or account access to “activate” it — is fake.
